Abstract
 The purpose of this study is to discover: (1) the implementation self-concept in fashion training; (2) learning experiences (3) readiness and (4) adult orientation clothing design training. This a descriptive qualitative that collected data by monitoring execution Clothing Design training activities, conducting interviews regarding activities with number LCS heads, two instructors, five students. Modules, lesson plans, reports are all necessary documents. validity determined through source triangulation (interviews, documents, observations), analysis techniques used acquire data, reduce present make conclusions. study's findings include: Self-concept implementation: trainees not directly involved planning process, but they do participate agreements during process at evaluation stage. Learning experience project-based applied Ungaran SKB. SKB relevant trainees' vocations lives. receive adequate encouragement from teacher when encounter difficulties learning. concluded must apply principles incorporating students learning, designing emphasizes experimental principles, adapting can be applied, having orientation. benefit research knowing how accordance principles.
